Sangam Deepawali Celebration 2008
Deepavali is religiously observed by Hindus all over the world as festival of lights. It signifies victory over evil, and uplifting of spiritual darkness. The celebrations begin with prayers, observed by religious rituals, decorating homes with lights, lots of firework and exchange of gifts and sweets within families and friends as a gesture of continued good will, health and prosperity. As we celebrate our Deepavali this year, TISI SANGAM wishes to extend hearty greetings to their members, friends and families for a very HAPPY and PROSPEROUS Deepavali and New Year.
Please join us in our annual Deepvali celebrations to be held at Southgate Elementary School, 26601 Calaroga Ave, Hayward on October 25, 2008.
